By accessing or using the Avalon platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be: (a) At least 18 years of age; (b) A resident of India; (c) In possession of a valid PAN card; (d) Holder of a valid Demat account with NSDL or CDSL. Corporate entities may use the platform subject to additional verification.
As required by SEBI and PMLA regulations, all users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before placing orders. Providing false KYC information is a criminal offence.
Unlisted shares are NOT traded on recognised stock exchanges. They carry significant risks including: (a) Illiquidity — you may not be able to sell quickly; (b) No regulatory price discovery; (c) Company failure risk; (d) Potential for significant loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Avalon facilitates peer-to-peer transactions in unlisted securities. Order completion timelines are indicative. Share transfers are subject to depository participant processing times, typically 3–5 working days.
Prices on Avalon are indicative market prices based on recent transactions and are not guaranteed. Final transaction prices are confirmed at order placement. Avalon charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout.
Buy orders require full payment upfront. Sell proceeds are credited to your wallet after share transfer confirmation. Fund withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 2–3 business days.
You may not: (a) Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities; (b) Create multiple accounts; (c) Manipulate prices through artificial transactions; (d) Share your PIN or account credentials; (e) Use automated bots or scraping tools.
Avalon is a facilitator and not a party to transactions. We are not liable for losses arising from investment decisions, market movements, company performance, or regulatory actions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
